Doreen Pon is a native of San Francisco, California currently residing in the smog-ridden metropolis of Los Angeles, where she toils as a pharmacist to support her travel addiction. She loves all things quirky and off-beat and favors controlled chaos over corporate control. Although her heart flutters and her toes tingle with the thought of all the unexpected inconveniences and discomforts of third-world travel, she remains thankful for modern conveniences, such as spell-check and Handi-Wipes.
